A sick girl was not part of my plan for the holidays. A happy girl, a creative girl, a smart girl, a silly playful girl, even a girl with an attitude was expected. But not a girl who naps on the couch in the middle of the day. Who does nothing but lie there and watch Christmas movies when she's awake because her temperature is 102.9 and she doesn't feel good.
